TENNIXISE: A tennis themed full body workout with isolated hand and leg tennis movements. It will help you improve your: overall fitness - for everyday life & technique to play tennis or pickleball.

Also helps for: body awareness swinging technique agility & flexibility cardio endurance strength coordination balance

TAI CHI: This is an ancient form of martial art and a unique form of meditation in motion. It calms the mind, improves posture, relaxes and strengthens the body.

SIMPLY FIT: Specifically designed for the active ager. Groove to great tunes while you enjoy a cardiovascular, strengthening, stretching, and balancing workout!

Most exercises may be done standing or seated. You will leave this class feeling invigorated and fit from head to toe.

PILATES: This class will strengthen your muscles and core strength like you abdominals, lower back muscles, pelvic floor, hips and glutes. Exercises are done on a mat and standing. Through a series of exercises, Pilates will aid in flexibility and improving posture. Stretching your body is a vital part of the class. This is an open level class. It will make you feel centered, elongated and stronger!

YOGA FLOW: Yoga class integrates your body, mind, and spirit. Through Hatha Yoga postures and breathing, we will explore the flowing energy within you. Reduce stress, tone your body, increase flexibility and connect with inner wisdom.

CIRCUIT TRAINING: This workout alternates between cardio and strength training exercises. Training includes the use of different cardio machines, such as, a treadmill, stationary bike, rower, and an elliptical machine, with strength training exercises in between.

NOTE: All classes can be done standing or on a chair. They are all open level classes. Every exercise can be modified to suit each individual’s needs.
